With our latest update we've made it easier to find support. Click your name in the top right corner and select 'Support'. A new pop up window will appear. If available, the first section will connect you directly with the brand’s customer service team. Reach out to them with any questions about products, deliveries, or warranties. The second section is for contacting Elastic about technical issues with the site.
