Add Option to Export Entire Order from Exceptions

Our support pages have been provided in English, to translate to your desired language you can use the built-in translate function in Chrome or Firefox.

Add Option to Export Entire Order from Exceptions

Users will now be able to choose to export the entire order or just exceptions from the modal.

If the user selects “Export Entire Order”, the export will generate with the same columns as it does today, but will include all items included for import.

The exceptions will be grouped at the top of the file and the non-exception rows will follow.

For items that are not found the Type field will display as “Product Not Found”.

Items that are removed will now be listed as exceptions in the Excel export - previously they were only listed on the screen.
